    NHRA / IHRA Licenses?

have a couple questions for those that know. My car ran high 9s, low 10s last year and this year I plan to be high 9s all the time. so license time.

on the IHRA app, what all am I checking off? looks a little complicated since I really dont "race" in an IHRA class? but I dont want to go to a race and them tell me my license is no good.

I say NHRA also because I'll get theirs too bc I'll be hitting Maple Grove and Atco among others this year.

Keep in mind your going to have recert your car for NHRA also which costs $200.

What questions do you have an issue with understanding?

yes I know. as soon as the car is on the ground and movable Ill call the northeast rep and see what I can do.

well IHRA is all set. they kept my record from 2 years ago and just let me renew it!

now, will NHRA take it as a cross over?

go to nhra.com, download the license app., and fill it out, you have to get a physical,[at least i did],and you have to subscribe to the national dragster magizane, you will have to send them your 9-second timeslips [3] and have a person with a nhra license already sign your application, the whole thing is a ass ache, but its worth it!

how about other things for NHRA for high 9s around 135mph? gloves? shoes? pants?

Im still a little confused on the IHRA side...has rules for 9.00 and faster and 10.00 and slower but its vague about in between.
